Abstract
The key factor for success in practicing the military supply chains is the perfect mechanism of measuring supply performance of suppliers.So,based on the analysis of military products suppliers selection index system,aiming at the heterogeneous evaluating information of different characteristic criteria such as certainty equivalent,interval value and 2-tuple linguistic,provide an unifier method to switch all the evaluating information to 2-tuple linguistic information.Then,based on the product life cycle and integrated with fuzzy number,the measurement model for supply performance is constructed,in which the optimal weight vector of each criteria is found by the max operator of entropy and the arithmetic for the conformity of all criteria is the modified linguistic ordered weighted averaging(MLOWA) operator.Finally, a numerical example is given to carry on the confirmation to the practicable method and can provide more valuable information on decision-making.
