Abstract
We examine the relationships among internal social capital,organizational culture,knowledge integration,technical innovation and organizational performance through Structural Equation Model in this paper.The sample of this study has 148 companies in South China.We proved that: organizational culture has a positive indirect impact on performance by knowledge integration and technical innovation;knowledge integration has a positive indirect impact on performance by technical innovation.The research will put forward some suggestion for Chinese firms to improve technical innovation capability.
