Abstract

Abstract This section describes the conditional logistic regression model. This model is appropriate when one wishes to model a binary outcome variable with matched or highly stratified data and when one is not interested in matched sets or stratum effects. The resulting fitted model may be used to estimate odds ratios in the same manner as is done with the usual logistic regression model. Examples of estimation and interpretation are given.
