Abstract
This chapter, after reflection upon the structure of the book and the underling issues, provides the necessary understanding of concepts that are used throughout the book. Certainly, most of the concepts related to tourism development and entrepreneurship are not new; however this is a new approach to explain an increasingly complex relationship, and the process of tourism development and innovation.
