Abstract

"Stem Cell Tourism: Doctors' Duties to Minors and Other Incompetent Patients." The American Journal of Bioethics, 10(5), pp. 27–28 Notes 1. It is sensible to focus on this class of patients given that the cases reported as problematic tend to involve children. I raise the possibility of risks to other incompetent patients, such as adults, although these cases may be less common.
