Abstract

This text was designed to aid in developing the analytical skills of future managers. Exercises and cases are integrated into the narrative flow (instead of placing them at the ends of chapters or in boxes). Scoring and interpretation immediately follow, allowing readers to learn something about themselves, as well as illuminating the topic under discussion. Ethical implications, international aspects, and personal and management implications are also woven in throughout the text.
