Abstract
The indoor-air-quality regulations of most municipalities, counties, and states are inadequate according to the Environmental Protection Agency and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Unless hospitality firms take steps to identify and mitigate airborne contaminants, they could be placing themselves in legal jeopardy.
