Elderly people: Choice, participation and satisfaction

This book examines key questions about how, when and where the services are delivered and who provides them by looking at the views and experience of 200 elderly people over 75, half of whom were living in the community and half who had recently entered residential care.

How much choice do elderly people have in the community care services they receive? How much say do they have in decisions about how, when and where the services are delivered and who provides them? And how satisfied are they with the result?
