Abstract
I Further details on the simulation and its observed outputs are given in an unpublished report by Pelz et al. (1968), prepared under a grant from the National Science Foundation, GS-1873, with supplementary aid from the National Broadcasting Company. The original simulation program was written by Spyros Magliveras. Fruitful suggestions have been given by Graham Kalton. Arthur S. Goldberger (personal correspondence) has indicated alternative ways of deriving theoretical expressions.
