Abstract
Information application variables and organization information variables are identified from the literature. These variables are applied to three levels of organizational implementation; strategic planning, management, and operational levels. It is found that different types of information application and organization information variables will be used on different levels of organization. A model of the various characteristics of information is presented, followed by its application to a social service department.
