Abstract

A new homochiral Rh(II) complex, Rh{HCO3}2{(+)-phos}2·5H2O, where (+)phosH represents (S)-(+)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diyl hydrogen phosphate, has been prepared and used as a catalyst for reactions of diazocarbonyl compounds leading to enantioselective 2,3-sigmatropic rearrangement (first example), CH insertion and aromatic cycloaddition
