Abstract
The aim of this paper is to describe all activities needed to develop an industrial training course using quality function deployment (QFD). The application of QFD referred to industrial training courses is strictly connected to the efforts for a total quality management (TQM) approach of training centers. Practical effects of this new methodology are finally shown on a real case concerning the design of an industrial training service.
