Abstract
A comprehensive review of the organizational climate literature resulted in the identification of eight dimensions of organizational climate. Five item operational definitions of the dimensions were developed and tested among a sample of managerial employees. The results Indicate that the scales have satisfactory psychometric properties, are consistent with current theories of organizational climate, and may be useful for assessing climate.
