Abstract
The paper,by using spatial Gini Coefficient, makes an empirical study. The result finds that China’s tourism industry has presented higher degree of concentration.Furthermore,we adopt relevant indices to inspect the development trend of agglomeration in China’s tourism industry from 1999 to 2006.The result indicates that both industrial regional agglomeration and co-agglomeration in China’s tourism industry have presented upward trend, providing sound evidence for the conclusion that industrial agglomeration degree has been on the rise recently.
