Abstract
This study developed the concept of and expected to know more about the process of how employees' behaviors transfer to organizational behavior.A survey was carried out to collect data.Correlation and Path Analysis was done to explore the relationship among organizational embededness,organizational trust and organizational commitment.The result indicated that,organizational embededness is positively related to organizational trust and organizational commitment.Implications of research conclusions on human resource management are discussed.
