Introduction: Structure and Dynamics of Innovation Networks

For a better understanding of knowledge spillovers these findings suggest to complement and enrich the geographical dimension by a closer look at social aspects when analysing how actors establish relations to others and position themselves within social networks related to innovation, so-called innovation networks.
