Results are presented to indicate that the time of day in which the administration of cytosine Arabinoside, 5-fluorouracil, and actinomycin D is made, is critical insofar as their capacity to inhibit mitosis in the corneal epithelium of rats is concerned. The possible usefulness of these results in cancer chemotherapy is discussed.
