TL;DR

Results are presented to indicate that the time of day in which the administration of cytosine Arabinoside, 5-fluorouracil, and actinomycin D is made, is critical insofar as their capacity to inhibit mitosis in the corneal epithelium of rats is concerned.

Abstract

Results are presented to indicate that the time of day in which the administration of cytosine Arabinoside, 5-fluorouracil, and actinomycin D is made, is critical insofar as their capacity to inhibit mitosis in the corneal epithelium of rats is concerned. The possible usefulness of these results in cancer chemotherapy is discussed.
