Which organizations are using benchmarking? How is it being used? Is it effective? Drawing from questionnaire results and real-life case studies, this report examines the use of benchmarking within a variety of organizations. As well as highlighting the potential pitfalls of using the technique, the report also identifies clear benefits and offers recommendations for developing "best practice" when implementing the technique.
