Abstract
This study empirically found that the quality of group decisions is determined by the quality of group resources and the degree to which group members exchange facts and reasons and refrain from positional arguments, and that the Consensual Conflict Resolution intervention modified the group verbal behavior, thereby improved group effectiveness.
