Abstract
This paper intends to build an index system of evaluating the academic influence of national research institutes in the world.Firstly,the evaluation logic model and index system of the academic influence evaluation of national research institutes were proposed,based on the 3E Theory and the Ladder Theory.Secondly,according to the empirical analysis of different national research institutes,this study compared 86 national research institutes selected in this research,and proved the validity of the proposed index system.
