Abstract
Organ's organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) model implies that aggregate citizenship behaviors improve organizational functioning. This study investigated the relationships between OCB and indicators of organizational effectiveness in limited menu restaurants. The results supported the hypothesis that aggregate OCB are related to multiple indicators of organizational effectiveness. Implications are discussed.
