Abstract
Health tourism is often considered as a growth driver within the tourism and healthcare industry (Illing, 2008; Rulle, Homann and Kraft, 2010; Peris-Ortiz and Alvarez-Garcia, 2015). Therefore, health tourism strategies are now more and more integrated in tourism strategies of several countries and tourism destinations.
