Abstract
Technology transfer to Developing Countries is conceptualized as a learning process. Success is seen as the acquired ability of the technology receiver to reproduce, modify and innovate the transferred technology. Partner-selection-criteria which influence success are identified and evaluated in connection with Indo-German technical collaborations.
