Abstract
During the past decade the field of corporate finance has changed beyond all recognition. Revolution in Corporate represents an early attempt to summarize and synthesize these major developments. All the essays, which were originally published either in the Chase Financial Quarterly or in the Midland Corporate Finance Journal, have been meticulously edited and are presented for a non-specialized readership. The contributors, who are eminent economists and financial analysts, include Andrew Rudd, Barry Shapiro, Dennis Logue, Michael Brennan, Eduardo Schwartz, Richard Brearley, Clifford Smith, Chinmoy Ghosh, Bradford Cornell, David Pyle, Charles Smithson, George Courtaudon and John Merrick.
