Abstract
Construction industry is one of the important pillar industries in China. In recent years frequent occurrence of accident affects its development and image. The quality of professional safety persons is directly related to the realization of the goal of production safety. For 5 years the situation of safety persons in construction enterprises in 3 provinces and a city was investigated. It was found that among these persons their disciplinary structure, levels of education, structure of technical titles, and quantity of personnel were not rational. The causation of these problems was analyzed. The aim is to remind the leaders of construction enterprises to pay more attention in strengthening the construction of professional safety personal team so as to avoid man-made error causing the occurrence of accidents.
