TL;DR

Investigations have been concerned with the simplification of the method (by the use of a Lovibond comparator) so that Bayer 205 determinations on blood plasma, C.F.S. and possibly other body fluids might be possible in tropical countries when a colorimeter is not available, and with a modification of the methods for determinations in urine.
