Abstract

The formulation, implementation, and analysis of judgments and policies have historically proved to be very difficult and inexact. The author explores the comparative value of the Delphi Methodology and introduces a newer, more powerful methodology—POSTURE. The article also sets forth how the advantages of both methodologies can be coupled together in a creative and unusually productive fashion.
