Abstract
This paper takes forward the service costing methodology presented in PSSRU Discussion Paper 647 by applying it to more recent costs information and developing some areas of that original work. The description of the methodology in this paper is short as the two papers should be read in conjunction. A list of service costs and capital cost estimates at 1989-90 prices is appended.
