Abstract
The purpose of this chapter is to discuss the options for reconciling family and working life that are offered by Danish employers, and to analyse the consequences these possibilities may have for women and men in different workplace cultures. The discussion is based on case studies of eight public and private corporations and it is my intention to illustrate how different family-friendly practices work in different workplace cultures.
