Abstract

In this paper,we propose some extended continuous interval argument OWA(C-OWA) operator,such as weighted C-OWA(WC-OWA) operator,ordered weighted C-OWA(OWCOWA) operator,and combined C-OWA(CC-OWA) operator,and study some of their characteristics.Based on these operators,we develop two approaches for solving uncertain multi-attribute multi-person decision-making problems and uncertain multi-attribute single-person decision-making problems,respectively,in which the attribute weights are completely known and the attribute values are interval numbers.Finally,an illustrative example is given.
