Abstract

Do more frequent, small meals really result in greater success in weight reduction, as some studies have indicated? These authors report a study with college men fed six, three, and one meal(s) a day during successive periods for comparisons of the effect on * weight loss; body composition; and nitrogen, sodium, and potassium balances.
