Toward integrated medical resource policies for Canada : background document

Abstract

The report has three main objectives: 1) to bring as much as possible together in one place on matter of relevance to physician resource policy in Canada; 2) to develop principles and a framework to guide future policy development; and 3) to make policy recommendations consistent with the principles and framework.
