Nottingham into the 1990s ‐Managing change in a district council

Abstract

At a time when local government is under the spotlight, Nottingham City Council has embarked upon a radical and comprehensive programme to shape up for the challenges of the 1990s. The authors give their views on the lessons so far and the ways in which success will be measured.
