Abstract
The recent measurements of Z decay at the SLAC Linear Collider and the CERN ${e}^{+}$${e}^{\mathrm{\ensuremath{-}}}$ collider LEP, when combined with nonaccelerator experiments, rule out various weakly-interacting-massive-particle (WIMP) candidates for dark matter including Dirac neutrinos, and strongly constrain all others. I discuss this, along with other implications of current Z measurements for the discovery of WIMP's in the laboratory.
