Abstract

Summary Children's attitudes to religion from homes where the parents were in various degrees of accord from ‘happily married’ to ‘divorced’ were compared. Children from homes where the parents had divorced had low attitudes to religion; children from separated parents had high attitudes to religion. The results were discussed and an explanation offered.
