Abstract

As we all know, tea culture and tea itself originated in China. Tracing back to the Tang Dynasty, tea-drinking tradition of ancient China eventually passed into Japan. Soon, this kind of daily custom was raised to the level of art form combining the inward with outward beauty of the culture. Having been developed for thousands of years, the Japanese tea culture becomes a kind of integrated skill, which includes construction, gardening, fine arts, religion, ideology, literature, and cooking.
