Abstract

Summary. After intravenous administration of ethyl alcohol in rabbits a number of criteria of the effect as well as the blood alcohol percentage have been followed; the symptoms of intoxication have been related to the prevailing blood alcohol percentage and the variation statistically calculated. Studying alcohol intoxication and its course in different individuals the described method furthers an advantage.
