This book attempts to provide an introduction to a practical analysis of office systems and requirements, using an elaborate conceptual framework. The approach is built on the premise that an office is an amalgam of hard and soft characteristics, and the book therefore provides a multi-perspective approach which it is hoped will prove both practical and sufficiently sophisticated to be used successfully in office systems analysis.
