Abstract
Understanding the relationship between gender and tourist behavior is important to the tourist product development and marketing.Based on the domestic tourist survey in Yellow Mountain,Huangshan City,the authors statistically test a series of gender differences in tourist behavior.Results have shown that male and female tourists differ significantly in 1) the information type searched and the number of information types search;2) information source used;3) tourist activity preferences.
