Abstract

This study examines the return to the labor force of postretirement workers. Self-administered questionnaires determined the reasons for return to work, relation of current job to previous job and skills, money earned, job satisfaction, perceptions of management, and work values. The exploratory findings indicate that postretirement workers are satisfied with their new jobs and get along well with co-workers and management.
