Abstract
Several methods for the determination of corticosterone in biological material are based on the capacity of corticosterone to fluoresce in sulfuric acid (1–4). The procedure reported herewith consists essentially of the method of Guillemin et al. (3) and the sulfuric acid-ethanol mixture of Stahl et al. (5) with modifications to increase accuracy.
