Abstract
In any organization, the relationship between strategic, structural, and psychological factors centering around a common core of abilities leads us to postulate the existence of a “corporate identity” which, in the same way as an individual’s personality, deeply influences its development. Corporate identity seems to be a series of interdependent characteristics of the organization from which it draws its specificity, stability, and unity.
