Abstract

A group therapy approach to the psychosocial treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, with co-leaders from the disciplines of psychiatry, internal medicine, and physical medicine, is described. This group experience offers innovative treatment as well as a learning experience in psychosomatic medicine for the physicians involved.
