Essay| February 01 1985 New Directions in Colombia? Harvey F. Kline Harvey F. Kline Professor of Political Science, University of Massachusetts Harvey F. Kline has lived in Colombia for nearly four years. On three occasions he has been visiting professor or investigator at the Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá. He is currently working on a book on the El Correjón coal projects. He is the author of Colombia (Boulder, Colo.: Westview Press, 1983) and coauthor with Howard Wiarda of Latin American Politics and Development (New York: Holmes and Meier, 1979).
