Abstract
Motivation and emotion are topics of great interest to students. They can be linked and applied to virtually all aspects of life, from weight control and sexuality to job performance and happiness. The links and applications are so numerous that many examples that could have been included in this chapter are listed instead in other chapters, as noted below.
