Abstract
Unternehmen, Märkte und Kooperationen sind zentrale ökonomische Institutionen, deren Entstehung bislang keinen bedeutenden Raum in der Forschung einnahm. Dabei liefert die Transaktion als kleinste Struktureinheit wirtschaftlicher Organisation die Grundlage für eine institutionalistisch vergleichende Analyse.
