Abstract
De redacteuren van dit handboek willen de ervaring en kennis van clinici en onderzoekers dichter bij elkaar brengen. Daartoe verzamelden ze 21 hoofdstukken zonder echter enige poging tot samenspraak of redactionele orchestratie: elk blaast op zijn instrument, maar de dirigent is nergens te bespeuren. Zo krijgen we een grote maar onevenwichtige verscheidenheid aan inhoud, stijl en kwaliteit te lezen.
