Abstract

Summary It was hypothesized that signature size is correlated positively with dominance. To test this hypothesis, scores on the dominance scale of the Personality Research Form and signatures from 245 male and female college students were obtained. Signature area in millimeters squared correlated .45 (p < .001) for the females and .07 (ns) for the males.
