Abstract
Essentially, there are two distinct ways of transmission of signals: analogue and digital transmission, i.e. continuous and discrete way of signal transmission, respectively. The two-by-two signal encoding matrix; see Table 12, shows all four possible ways of representation of information and signals during the transmission.
