A Preceptor Incentive Program

Abstract

Marguerite Jackson is the director of the Department of Education, Development, and Research at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center. The author wishes to acknowledge support of the Preceptor Incentive Program at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center by its administrative assistant, Laura Myhovich, and the clinical nurse specialists and educators in the Department of Education, Development, and Research: Andrea Cater, Chris Cottingham, Bekki Duncan, Tammy Finger, Patty Graham, Wendy Hansbrough, Louise Hummel, Regina Izu, Jeanne Maiden, Arleen Mellien, Karyl Reid, and Frann Teplick.
